RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.  If, however, you wish to raise a return request, please contact us within 14 working days of the date of delivery by emailing us: hello@technisun.co.uk or call our office: 01462 701957.

If goods arrive in a faulty or damaged condition, or we have delivered the wrong item, we will replace damaged goods or incorrect items immediately. You also have a legal right to a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason.

If the customer does not wish to accept replacement items, we will issue a full refund on the return of the damaged/faulty goods within 30 days.  Damaged/faulty goods must be returned in the packaging they were received in, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the return postage costs.  If, on receipt, the goods are deemed to be faulty, we will reimburse the return postage fee.

We are a small, family-run business and we will always try to resolve any issues so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have a problem.
